how a roll runs

Join. Round 1 is sign-up: stake 0.005 ETH, holders of 10,000 $CALLBANK, up to 24 lines. Joining is your round 1 call.
Call. Every round after that, call in before its 10-minute clock runs out. A call costs gas only.
Strike. When a round closes, every caller who did not call is struck. Their banks are split evenly across everyone who called.
Take. One caller left takes the whole bank less 3%. If nobody calls a round, each gets their own bank back less 3%. Round 36 is the last; whoever still stands keeps their bank.
